I waited a week to get the download card in the mail and then had to call them to find out what was wrong. They resolved the issue right away when I talked to the CSR.

I bought the download code on sale at FotoBella, because I don't buy Silhouette designs often enough to need a subscription, but don't want to pay full price unless I absolutely have to. Within minutes of purchasing this download code I got an email with the code, put it into my Silhouette account, and was ready to purchase shapes! I'll do this again when it runs out.
