I was so excited to recieve my Ebosser for Christmas.I had visions of cutting and embossing non-stop without straining my hands hanging on for dear life to my Big Shot while cranking away. What I got was a very expensive door stop. It is now back at Craftwell to be repaired or replaced. Craftwell's Customer Service was very prompt in responding to my emails and the machine has been in their hands for 3 days. We will see how long it takes for them to resolve the problem.
[Edit] Today I received my replacement Ebosser which is 4 business days after Craftwell received my defective one. The machine works wonderfully so I have to change my 2 star rating to 5 stars due to their excellent Customer Service.

This machine is a perfect delight! Easy to use with a minimum learning curve. Beautiful results.
