I love, love, love this machine. I had a Pazzle and took it back because you needed a PHD to learn the software and the mat was just crazy. I gave only 4 stars because the software for the eCraf really needs to be further developed to do more and the tabs should hold better-but outside of that-I love this machine and highly recommend it.

The most wonderful thing about my purchase was not the wonderful product... It was the amazing customer service I received; they were helpful, prompt, and super friendly!
The eCraft Machine is pretty awesome, too. It comes with only very basic instructions (how to put it together and turn it on) and it took me a while (more paper than I'd like to admit) to figure out the settings, the software specifics, and that kind of thing.
It might have just been that my purpose for purchasing the machine is different than the intended use. I can see how it would be super easy to use if you are just buying cartridges and printing off cut shapes. Other than the learning curve, the machine is just lovely, and so cheap, too!
Thanks Fotobella!

So far I am loving this machine.. I especially like not having to have a mat. I have been using paper underneath the paper I am actually cutting and it works beautifully. For more intricate cuts, and cuts which cover a large area on the paper,I think the 'tabs' feature is a must.
