Disappointed in Customer Service |

Item arrived damaged. Replacement was sent with a return shipping label for the damaged one. Went to USPS to drop it off and was told the label was invalid. So I ended up paying an extra $10+ for FotoBella's mistake. Will not be back to shop here again.

I loved the shadowbox but the whole left side was damaged. I did not want to return it because it was a present but I was disappointed.
