We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return a product please request a RMA number within 14 days. To request a RMA number go to "My Account", click "View Details" for the order number which includes the item number to return, then click the "Add New RMA" button. If the product is defective or damaged during shipping to you we will replace the product. You will be responsible for all international shipping charges and custom fees. If you simply do not like the product a 15% restocking charge will be assessed and you will be responsible for return shipping and reimbursement of free shipping. You may request a store credit to avoid the 15% restocking charge. Items must be returned in unused and unopened in their original packaging and in resellable condition. You will be responsible for any damages not reported when requesting the RMA.
